Made it for Mother's Day.
Since we never do anything, I decided I should make a cake.  It's German Apple Cake. I was so worried that the cake wouldn't turn out right because we didn't have any eggs, so I found a recipe for eggless cake. So I took the German Apple Cake recipe and the Chocolate Eggless Cake recipe (minus the chocolate) and winged my own recipe. Had to guess on all the measurements. .___. Frosting is brown sugar cream cheese. Kinda winged that, too. Kinda followed a recipe for guidelines. |
